Alternative Pipeline

In addition to the standard phenotyping pipelines with defined time points for procedures an Alternative Pipeline exists to allow submission of data collected at a time point deviating from that defined on IMPReSS for the standard protocols. This pipeline is intended for capturing data on animals that cannot continue on the standard pipeline due to welfare issues. The Alternative Pipeline includes all the procedures in the standard pipeline but they can be performed at any age. No statistical analysis is performed on this data and baseline data is not required although it may be available. As control data is not required and the welfare issues can affect the measurements this data does not go through the QC process the standard pipeline data does.
