New release:

April 22, 2020

Additions/ New Features

"Alternative" pipeline - If a specimen can no longer be progressed through the normal pipeline, procedures can still be carried out against the 'alternative' pipeline and submitted to the DCC. These pipelines are an amalgamation of the procedures within the normal pipeline, without the time constraint. These alternative versions of pipelines and procedures can be accessed by adding 1000000 to the pipeline ID for endpoints that accept IDs, and by prepending "ALT" to pipeline and procedure keys on endpoints that accept those. This will also show the necessary pipeline and procedure keys to be recorded in the XML for submission to the DCC. For example, the alternative IMPC pipeline is available at http://api.mousephenotype.org/impress/pipeline/1000007 or http://api.mousephenotype.org/impress/pipeline/bykey/ALTIMPC_001
